To restore and elevate the trades by providing accessible, high-quality education and hands-on training in welding and related disciplines—empowering individuals of all backgrounds to build meaningful careers and meet the overwhelming demands of the skilled labor workforce.

Mission Statement

Arc Academy is committed to revitalizing trade education by delivering comprehensive, industry-aligned programs that mirror the foundational training once offered in public education. Since 2008, our mission has been to bridge the skills gap in welding by reintroducing essential basic and intermediate trade instruction.

We aim to:

• Provide accessible, skills-based education to individuals seeking careers in the trades.
  

• Develop progressive training pathways that align with union requirements and employer needs, including tailored programs in welding processes for specific sectors like pipefitting and sheet metal work, etc.
  

• Partner with unions, industry leaders, and employers to facilitate job placement and certification opportunities.
  

• Break down barriers to entry by assessing student aptitude, providing targeted support, and guiding them toward union or company employment pipelines.
  

• Strengthen our network with organizations such as Miller Electric, local businesses, and labor unions to ensure our students are job-ready and in-demand.
  

Our goal is to expand into new markets, produce skilled professionals, and contribute to the rebirth of a strong, respected, and essential trades workforce in the United States.
